What is the inactivity fee?

The inactivity fee is a monthly charge applied to accounts that have no transactions. This fee helps us maintain your account and keep our services running smoothly.

How much is the inactivity fee?

  • For balances below $1,000.00 a fixed fee of $5.00 will be charged monthly after 120 days without transactions.

  • For balances above $1,000.00 a fixed fee of $10.00 will be charged monthly after 120 days without transactions.

To avoid the inactivity fee, make sure to make at least one transaction within every 120-day period.

If your account balance is too low to cover the inactivity fee, you will be charged the remaining balance in your account. This means that if the account balance is $3, the user will be charged $3.

If a user creates an account and never uses it, the fee will be $0.00 to avoid creating a negative balance.

Please note all amounts are in USD.
