Don't worry, you can recover your PIN through your CiNKO wallet.
Simply follow these steps:
Open your CiNKO wallet
Click on 'Reset Your PIN'
Answer the security questions you created during your registration
Enter your new PIN
Click 'Continue'
You're all set! You will have your new PIN.
