How to request a change of my registered phone number in CiNKO?

At CiNKO, the security of our users is our top priority. If you need to update the phone number registered on your account, please send us a message from the email address we have on file at [email protected] requesting the change.

After we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email. To ensure the security of your account, you must reply exclusively to that email. Only in this way will we proceed with the change.

Once we receive your confirmation, we will process the update within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends.

Additionally, you will receive an SMS to the new phone number provided, and once received, the change will be completed.
