How can I send funds to a CiNKO wallet using SINPE Movil?

With SINPE Movil, you can send funds to your own account or to another CiNKO user in any country where our app is available in the following ways:

  • Via Text Message (SMS):

    Send a text message with the provided format from the CiNKO wallet, which looks like this:

    Pase + Amount + 87688989 + Recipient's Number

    Do not modify the number 87688989 as it is associated with Pago Digital Seguro which is the legal name of the CiNKO wallet.

    Additionally, it is essential to include the country code along with the registered recipient number to correctly identify the destination of the money. No additional details are required.

    The message created to transfer funds should be sent via text (SMS) to the number designated by your bank for using the SINPE Movil service.

    To find the corresponding numbers, you can visit the following article:

  • Via Bank Website or App:

    On your bank’s website or app, select the option to Transfer via SINPE Móvil. You will need to provide three details: Destination Number, Amount, and Description.

    In the field for choosing the destination phone number, enter 87688989. It is important that this number is not modified, as it is associated with Pago Digital Seguro, which is the legal name of the CiNKO wallet.

    In the Details or Description field, enter the phone number registered with CiNKO to which the funds will be directed. For example, if you want to add funds to your CiNKO account, enter your own number. If you want to send money to another CiNKO user, enter their registered number, including the country code.
