If facial or fingerprint recognition isn't working with CiNKO, consider the following:

  • Clean detection area: Ensure the front camera and surrounding area are free of dirt or obstructions

  • Restart your device: A simple restart might resolve temporary issues

  • Check settings: Verify that Face ID is enabled in your device settings, especially for CiNKO access

  • Re-set up Face ID: Try setting up Face ID again if necessary

  • Update software: Ensure your device's software is updated to the latest version for compatibility
