- Confirm the document is not expired, damaged, or unreadable

- Ensure the uploaded photo is clear with all required details visible

- Confirm the profile details match the information on the document

We do not accept pictures of screens/copies/scans of the document. If your verification has failed, double-check that the uploaded photos are clear and readable, without any blur or glare.

If your camera is not working and you cannot take photos, please use a different device. You must submit the required documents within the CiNKO app.
