How do I dispute a transaction?

If you encounter an unfamiliar transaction in your account, take the following steps to prevent any further unauthorized transactions:

  • Verify the unrecognized transaction that was made.

  • Obtain the details of the unknown transaction, for this you can take a screenshot of your CiNKO account balance and transaction history.

  • Finally, contact CiNKO support and provide the details.

Based on the transaction status, we will offer various available options, such as disputing unrecognized payments, rectifying incorrect or duplicate charges, reporting fraud, and making a claim.

Please note that options might be restricted if the transaction is still pending.
