You can go to the main Dashboard screen and select the ‘Help’ icon on the top right corner. Our in-app help desk will allow you to search articles from our FAQs. If you cannot find an article that answers your question, click 'Send us a message' and provide details of your question. Our customer support team will reply as soon as possible.
