A stock token is a digital asset that follows the price of a share or an exchange-traded fund (ETF) listed on the stock market, such as Apple or Tesla.
When you buy a stock token, you do not buy the actual share. Instead, the value of your stock token follows the price of the share. If the share price goes up, the value of your stock token goes up. If the share price goes down, the value of your stock token goes down.
