Can I withdraw the funds I loaded onto my CiNKO Visa Platinum card back to my CiNKO wallet?

If you previously loaded funds onto your CiNKO Visa card, you can withdraw them back to your wallet by following these steps. The fee is $1.00.:

  1. Go to Cards.

  2. Click Withdraw.

  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00, and the maximum is $5,000.00.

  4. Confirm the transfer.

The funds will be transferred from your CiNKO Visa card back to your wallet. The amount will be available in your wallet once the transfer is completed.
