To complete a cash withdrawal at MoneyGram locations worldwide, follow these simple steps:
From your CiNKO Wallet home screen, click the Withdraw button and select the Cash Pickup option.
Before continuing, make sure you have the appropriate identification document on hand. You will need to enter the recipient's identification number (either yours or the person who will receive the funds).
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in cash and click Continue.
Select the country where the cash will be collected.
Verify the amount you are sending and the amount the recipient will receive. Click Confirm to continue.
For security purposes, you will need to provide information about the recipient. Enter the recipient's phone number, full name exactly as it appears on their identification document, address, date of birth, as well as the type and number of their identification document.
Review the transaction summary, where you can edit the information if needed. Once everything is correct, click the "Cash Pickup" button to confirm the transaction.
Write down the reference number (you will need it, along with the recipient's identification, to collect the cash).
Your cash is now ready for pickup!
Notes:
If the MoneyGram form is not completed and no reference number is generated, the transaction will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes, and the funds will be credited back to your CiNKO Wallet immediately.
Please note that CiNKO does not charge any fees for this withdrawal method. However, MoneyGram may apply additional fees, which will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
