Why does the application only allow me to select a national ID card (Cédula de Identidad - CI) for local bank deposits in Costa Rica?

If your bank account is associated with another type of document, such as a DIMEX, passport, residence permit, or any other identification, the option will not be enabled within the platform for local bank deposits in Costa Rica, as at the moment we only support transactions to bank accounts linked to a national ID card.
