You must send the transfer in the same currency you selected when generating the deposit ticket in the CiNKO app.
Select Bank Transfer – CRC if you are sending funds from a Costa Rican colón bank account.
Select Bank Transfer – USD if you are sending funds from a U.S. dollar bank account.
It is important that the currency matches the ticket selection to ensure the deposit is processed and credited correctly.
