The IBAN account number you should use appears on the deposit ticket generated in the CiNKO app.
Currently, CiNKO offers two options for making local bank deposits: one for transfers from bank accounts in colones and another for transfers from bank accounts in U.S. dollars. Because of this, each option uses a different IBAN account number.
Each ticket includes the banking details and the reference number you must use to correctly complete the local bank transfer. For this reason, it is important to use exactly the information shown on the ticket when making the deposit.
