To add funds from Mexico, follow these steps within the CiNKO app:
From the main screen, tap "Add"
Select "Add from Bank"
Tap "Local Deposit"
Select the country: Mexico
Next, you will see the following notification:
"PLEASE INCLUDE THE DEPOSIT MESSAGE FOR FASTER PROCESSING; OTHERWISE, THE TRANSACTION WILL BE DELAYED."
You may close this message after reading it.
Then, use the details displayed on the screen to complete the transfer from your bank. You must send the funds using the indicated CLABE and correctly include the deposit message in the concept or description field provided by your bank. This will ensure the timely processing of your transaction.
Note: Please keep in mind that the deposit message is unique per transaction. If you plan to make multiple transfers, you will need to follow the steps again. Our app will generate a new deposit message for your next transaction.
Once the transfer is completed and the funds are received, they will be automatically converted in your CiNKO wallet.
You can also use the Share Information button if you would like to send the details via text message, WhatsApp, email, or another method.
