What should I do if I did not receive the funds from my local bank deposit from Argentina?

Transfers are usually credited within 1 hour. However, in some cases they may take up to 48 business hours, depending on the sending bank or wallet

If the deposit is not reflected after this time, please confirm with the sender that the funds were sent to the correct virtual CVU. If the details are correct and the transfer has still not been credited, please contact our Customer Support team and attach a screenshot of the transfer receipt showing the date, time, receiving CVU, and transaction amount.
