To add funds from an Argentine bank account, follow these steps within the CiNKO app:
On the home screen, select the Add button.
Choose the option From Bank Account.
Select LATAM Bank.
Select the country: Argentina.
If this is your first time using this process, you will need to complete an initial setup. A Virtual Account in ARS (CVU) will be created so you can receive transfers from any bank or wallet in Argentina.
Click LET’S GO.
Select your document type and enter your ID number.
Press GET CVU. The system will generate your CVU, which you can use to receive transfers from Argentine banks or digital wallets.
Copy the CVU using the copy icon and complete the transfer from your online banking or digital wallet.
Funds sent in Argentine pesos (ARS) will be automatically converted to USD and credited to your CiNKO balance.
Important: At the moment, it is not possible to receive transfers using an alias.
