How can I view again the US Payment Link I generated to receive funds in my CiNKO account?

If you already generated a US Payment Link and need to view it again, you can do so in two ways:

1. From “View existing links”

In the section where you created the link, select “View existing links.”
This will take you directly to Transactions, where you will be able to see the link you generated.

2. From “Transactions”

You can also go directly to the Transactions section within the app.
There you will find your US Payment Link along with the status of the transaction.


Important:

  • Each US Payment Link is unique for a single transaction.

  • Links expire within 24 hours.

    • If it has expired, the status will appear as “Cancelled.”

    • If the status shows “Pending,” the link is still valid to complete the payment.
