Check your CiNKO Platinum Visa Card balance: Make sure you have loaded sufficient funds onto your CiNKO Platinum Visa Card – remember that the balance of funds that you have available in your CiNKO User Account is not the same balance available on your virtual card.
Confirm if your CiNKO Platinum Visa Card is locked: Ensure that you haven’t manually locked your CiNKO Platinum Visa, as this will prevent transactions from going through.
Review your spending limits: Confirm that the transaction amount is within the spending limits you’ve set up for your card in the CiNKO Mobile App.
Check recent transactions: Look at your recent activity to see if there’s anything unusual or a possible issue with your account.
