I can't find the option to request the CiNKO Platinum Visa Card —why?

There are a few possible reasons why the CiNKO Platinum Visa Card option may not be available:

  • Unfortunately, the CiNKO Platinum Visa card is not available for CiNKO Users with phone numbers registered in Nicaragua.

  • Your CiNKO Account may not have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
