No matter where your funds originate—whether from deposits into your CiNKO User Account or crypto received (BTC, USDC, ETH, etc.)—as long as they’re available in your CiNKO User Account balance, you can transfer them directly to your CiNKO Platinum Visa Card.
You can load any amount between $20 USD and $2,500 USD onto your card.
To load funds, just follow these simple steps:
1. Open the CiNKO Mobile App on your phone.
2. Tap on the ‘Card’ section.
3. Select “Add funds from wallet.”
4. Enter the desired amount (minimum $20 USD).
5. Tap “Review” to continue.
6. If you need to adjust the amount, tap “Edit Details”.
Note: Funds transferred to your card cannot be moved back to your CiNKO User Account, so be sure to transfer only what you need.
7. Once confirmed, tap “Add Funds”.
You’ll receive a notification via the CiNKO Mobile App, and the funds will appear on your card within minutes. And that's it—you’re ready to spend!
