CiNKO Account holders in all 44 supported countries are eligible—except for users with phone numbers registered in Nicaragua, who are currently not eligible to request a card.
Users requesting the CiNKO Platinum Visa card will need to have a funded and fully operational CiNKO User Account to apply for the CiNKO Platinum Visa Card - this means you must have completed all required Identity Verification steps and have, as a minimum balance of $21 USD in your account to cover the initial load amount of $20 USD and the one-time $1 USD fee.
